Black Handle Serrated Vegetable Knife, 12 cm

Handmade in the United Kingdom, David Mellor's black handle knives have a distinctive, modern look. Ice hardening the high carbon stainless steel makes the blades exceptionally sharp, akin to professional kitchen knives. The blades are then micro-serrated for effortless cutting and their acetal resin handles incorporate an internal back weight, giving an excellent balance and grip. 

The black handle knife collection was designed by Mellor's son, Corin Mellor.
