Spiced Apple Fizz

• 1 ½ ounces vodka

• ½ oz pear brandy

• ½ oz lemon juice

• ½ oz honey syrup

• Hard apple cider, to top

• Apple slices, for garnish

• Freshly grated cinnamon, for garnish

• Place vodka, brandy, juice, and honey in a cocktail shaker to gently combine. Once in a glass, pour the cider on top. Sprinkle the cinnamon and garnish with apple.
